Mike has been in freight transportation for over 38 years. Most recently, Ryan was President and Chief Executive officer of Comcar Industries in Auburndale, FL., a transportation and logistics company with forty terminal locations across the U.S. Prior to joining Comcar, Mike was President, CEO and a member of the board of directors of US Shipping Corp in Edison, NJ. US Shipping Corp operated a fleet of ocean going vessels and is a leading provider of long-haul marine transportation for petroleum and chemical cargoes in the U.S. coastwise trade. Mike also previously served as President, CEO and board member for American Commercial Lines (ACL) in Jeffersonville, IN. ACL, a major Jones Act inland marine transportation company, manufactured a variety of barge types and also transported liquid and dry cargo products in its own fleet of nearly 2,000 barges. Before joining ACL, Mike worked in the class one railroad industry for over twenty years with Canadian National Rail and CSX. He held senior leadership positions directing several railroad business units with CSX Transportation.
Mike is a graduate of The State University of New York, Oneonta where he earned a degree in biology. He also completed Executive Management programs at Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College and Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.

Prior to joining USIC, Amit served as the CIO of Granite Services, a GE Company. Granite is a leading services provider for rotating equipment in Power Generation and Oil & Gas industry. Amit was the strategic leader for digitization and integration across applications and business process that support 6,000 field service employees at over 2,000 job sites in 90 countries.
Prior to his tenure at Granite, Amit worked in various roles at ADP, a global payroll provider in Atlanta. At ADP, Amit managed the global payroll solutions team.
Amit has a degree in both Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University.
